MILWAUKEE (Aug. 28, 2006) - Harley-Davidson, Inc.,
(NYSE:HOG) today announced that it has entered into a business sales
agreement to purchase the majority of the assets of Castalloy, its
Australian supplier of cast motorcycle wheels and hubs. The renowned U. S.
heavyweight motorcycle manufacturer has had a long business relationship
with the supplier, which has been in voluntary administration since late
2004 as part of the insolvency of Ion Automotive Ltd.

Calif., Aug. 24, 2006 - Two exclusive Arai Corsair helmets signed by
some of motorcycle racing’s top stars will be auctioned off during
September to benefit a variety of AIDS-related charities. The eBay
auction, which will include nearly 200 items in all, is part of the
Macy’s Passport 2006 fashion shows in San Francisco, Sept. 20-21, and on
Sept. 28 in Santa Monica, Calif. Since 1988, the Passport events have
raised nearly $22 million for HIV/AIDS research, care, prevention and
education.

BRAINERD, Min. (Aug. 14, 2006) - Andrew Hines and
GT Tonglet will have to wait and see if the weekend's work is going to pay
off. The two Screamin' Eagle/Vance & Hines V-Rod riders didn't have
their way with Sunday's 25th annual Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals at Brainerd
International Raceway but they learned enough to give them hope that the
next event will be more to their liking.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (August 13, 2006) - Veatch
Motorsports rider Dave Estok won a race-long battle with Hal's H-D/Buell-Hal's
Speed Shop rider Dan Bilansky to take a victory at the American SportBike
Racing Association (ASRA) Thunderbike National at Barber Motorsports Park.
Both riders were aboard Buell Firebolt motorcycles. The win also moves
Estok into the Thunderbike season points lead after six of eight events.

Inc. (NYSE:HDI) is getting a new ticker symbol: HOG. The U.S. producer of
heavyweight motorcycles, whose products have long been known as
"hogs," today announced that it is changing its New York Stock
Exchange ticker symbol from HDI to HOG, effective with the start of
trading on Tuesday, August 15.
