& Hines V-Rod Harley-Davidson team now like The Strip at Las Vegas
Motor Speedway. They really don't have a reason not to like it now. Sunday

RIDES BUELL TO ASRA THUNDERBIKE CROWN AT DAYTONA |

DAYTONA
BEACH, Fla. (Oct. 22, 2006) – Hal’s H-D/Buell-Hal’s Speed Shop rider
Dan Bilansky executed a perfect last-lap pass to win the American
Sportbike Racing Association (ASRA) Thunderbike National Championship at
the 23rd Annual Daytona Race of Champions at Daytona
International Speedway. Bilansky, riding a Buell Firebolt XB12R, passed
BMW rider Nate
Kern to win the Thunderbike National race by about one bike length to
claim the season championship by a single point. It was the third ASRA
Thunderbike win of the season for Bilansky.

N.C. (Oct. 16, 2006) – Jay Turner is making a run for the Screamin'
Eagle AHDRA Nitro Top Fuel Championship and Sunday just helped his cause.
Turner took the trophy and valuable championship points, closing the gap
between him and the only man who has more points than him so far this
season – first place rider Mike Romine.

Ohio (Oct. 14, 2006) – It was a banner day for the Screamin' Eagle AMA
Flat Track program Saturday. Not only did factory rider Kenny Coolbeth
earn his first series championship, but the Screamin' Eagle Wrecking Crew
swept the podium for the third consecutive race.

Cologne,
Germany (October 10, 2006) – Harley-Davidson revealed a prototype
Sportster XR 1200 motorcycle aimed at the European market today at the
INTERMOT International Motorcycle Show in Cologne, Germany. The XR 1200
prototype places an emphasis on performance and handling with styling
inspired by the Motor Company’s legendary XR 750 dirt track racer.

Racing has announced that it will continue to recognize outstanding
efforts in race win advertising at its annual Championship Awards Banquet.
The AMA Pro Racing Championship Awards Banquet honors the champions from
each discipline of AMA professional motorcycle racing and will be held
this year at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino on November 19th.

record breaking 35,111 bikers from all over the world took over the
streets of Vegas September 14-17 for the sixth annual Las Vegas BikeFest.
The four-day event returned to Sin City, featuring some of the
world’s most talented custom motorcycle builders, scenic poker runs,
exciting entertainment at the downtown’s Cashman Center and Fremont
Street Experience and more than 300 leading manufacturers and distributors
of motorcycles, parts, accessories and apparel, making it arguably the
biggest event to date, according to Harry Schwartz, president of Full
Throttle Events, one of Las Vegas BikeFest’s partners.
