HARLEY-DAVIDSON TO NHRA FINALS AT SONOMA |

SONOMA, CALIF.
(July 27, 2008) – Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Andrew
Hines advanced to the final round of Pro Stock Motorcycle
eliminations at the Fram/Autolite NHRA Nationals at Infineon
Raceway. In his fourth final-round appearance of the season, Hines
lost to Rocklin Motorsports Buell rider Matt Guidera, but added to
his overall lead in NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series season points.
Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines rider Eddie Krawiec advanced to
the semi-final round before losing to Hines.

Boy Power Drink's Bad Girl® Jessica Patterson in X Games 14 |
| Jessica
Patterson, sponsored by Bad Boy Power Drink, will be competing in
the Women's Motocross event in X Games 14, the biggest and most
prestigious alternative sports competition on the planet.
Women's Moto X Racing will include ten of the top women motocross
racers in the world competing for the gold medal and a prize purse
in the first-time event. The competition will take place on Friday,
August 1st, and Saturday, August 2nd at the Home Depot Center sports
complex in Carson, California. Seeding will take place on Friday
from 4:30 to 5:30pm, with the main event at 1:15 on Saturday. The
main event will be carried live on ABC beginning at 4:00pm ET on
Saturday to an estimated television audience in the tens of
millions.

AMA Pro Racing names former
Grand National Champion Mike Kidd to lead Flat Track program

DAYTONA
BEACH, Fla. - AMA Pro Racing has hired Mike Kidd to lead
the growth and development of the AMA Flat Track Championship.
Kidd has had a long and successful career in motorcycling, first as
a racer and then as a promoter. He began his 12-year professional
motorcycle racing career in 1972 and earned factory support from a
variety of manufacturers over that span. He was sponsored by the
U.S. Army in 1979-80 and won the coveted AMA Grand National
Championship title in 1981.

Pavilion signs on for AMA Sports Magic Mile Shootout |

OHIO--AMA Sports, the amateur and pro-am racing department of the
American Motorcyclist Association (AMA), announced today that The
Service Pavilion, one of the country's leading retailers of Arai
helmets, has signed on as the sponsor of the first heat of the
headline class at the AMA Sports Magic Mile Shootout, promoted and
organized by the Du Quoin State Fair.
"The AMA Sports Magic Mile Shootout is the type of amateur

announced for 2008 AMA Sports Road Race Grand Championships |

PICKERINGTON,
Ohio--The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) announced
revisions to the rules package for the 2008 AMA Sports Road Race
Grand Championships, set for September 19-21 at the Mid-Ohio Sports
Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. Changes include a different class
structure, different class groupings, allowing minors 16 and older
to compete and restricting entry to expert-ranked riders only.

Rockstar Makita
Suzuki Factory Racing's Michael Byrne enjoyed his best result of the
2008 AMA Motocross season after bringing home a second-place finish
at Unadilla Valley Sports Center in New Berlin, New York, on Sunday
afternoon. Byrne raced his Rockstar Makita Suzuki RM-Z450 to
second- and third-place moto finishes to get his second overall
podium of the season. Suzuki City/OTSFF/Rockstar Suzuki's Cody
Cooper joined Byrne on the box, picking up his first Pro MX podium.
The satellite team rider posted fifth- and second-place moto
finishes to bring home the final podium spot. Byrne is currently in
fourth place overall in the championship points standings, while
Cooper is in eighth place. Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Mike
Alessi is currently recovering from a recent crash at Red Bud and
did not race.

Fla. - The Daytona Motorsports Group (DMG) announced today that MX
Sports, Inc. has been chosen as the promotional partner for the AMA
Pro Racing Motocross Championship. Under the terms of the agreement,
DMG, now doing business as AMA Pro Racing, has assigned the
commercial and promotional rights to the motocross series to MX
Sports based in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Motocross Championship Makes Lone Trip to New York |

The first-ever
AMA-sanctioned motocross event at Unadilla Valley Sports Center was
held in 1972 and every year since the natural terrain circuit has
been a fixture of American motocross. This season, the Monster
Energy National at Unadilla Presented by Renegade Haulers will host
round eight of the 12-race AMA Toyota Motocross Championship

Fly and Metal melts as Harley-Davidson Museum Opens in milwaukee |
| MILWAUKEE
(July 12, 2008) – The Harley-Davidson Museum, located in
Harley’s hometown of Milwaukee for nearly 105 years, opened its
doors for the first time to the public today. The Museum opening
kicked off with a Harley-Davidson-style “ribbon cutting”
ceremony in which a motorcycle primary chain wrapped around a Museum
tower was cut with an acetylene torch. The festivities – including
the Harley-Davidson, Inc. president and CEO Jim Ziemer receiving his
first tattoo, a 2008 Super Glide Custom bike build-off, and live
music – continued all weekend.

American Motorcyclist Association approves sale of
AMA Pro Racing to Daytona Motorsports Group

PICKERINGTON,
Ohio--The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) announced today
that the Association's Board of Directors has unanimously approved
the final agreement regarding the sale of certain of its AMA Pro
Racing properties to the Daytona Motorsports Group (DMG) based in
Daytona Beach, Florida.
Under the terms of the sale, DMG will own the sanctioning,
promotional and management rights to AMA Pro Racing. The sale does
not include the rights to the AMA Supercross and AMA Arenacross
Series, which are held by Live Nation and will continue to be
sanctioned by the AMA.

Championships celebrate another successful year

Ohio--The 2008 AMA Sports Black Cat Gold Dirt Track Grand
Championships came to a close over the Fourth of July weekend,
following more than a week of intense dirt-track racing action by
the world's fastest young dirt-trackers. Held at the rolling
landscape of the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds in Du Quoin, Illinois,
this was the 32nd running of the event.

1125R WINS ASRA TEAM CHALLENGE RACE AT ROAD AMERICA |
| ELKHART
LAKE, WIS. (July 7, 2008) – A near-stock Buell 1125R
entered by Richie Morris Racing/Hal’s Speed Shop and ridden by Dan
Bilansky and Clint Brotz won the ASRA Team Challenge endurance race,
part of the three-day American Sportbike Racing Association (ASRA)
Road America Festival of Speed held over Independence Day weekend.
Bilansky and Brotz completed 38 laps of the four-mile Road America
course to take the overall win and to lead the GTO class. James
Gang/Hoban Bothers Racing/Appleton Buell riders Paul James and Jeff
Johnson completed 37 laps to take the Team Challenge GTL class win
and finish fifth overall on a Buell Firebolt XB12R.

David Knight sent a reminder to his competition in the Can-Am Grand
National Cross Country Series. The defending GNCC Champion had
missed the ride to victory lane at the last three GNCC rounds, but
on a rough, rocky race track in Pennsylvania, the Isle of Man native
showed everyone why he holds the number-one plate by leading every
lap and taking his fifth victory of the season.

| The Women's
Motocross Association's multi-time National Champion Jessica
Patterson, of Tallahassee, Florida has been nominated for a 2008
ESPY award. With the support of the motocross community Patterson
hopes to bring home this prestigious award.
The ESPYS, Excellence in Sports Performance, is the premier
sports awards event, put on by ESPN, that honors individual and team
athletic achievements and other sports-related performances each
year.

WINS GRAND NATIONAL HALF-MILE AT BEDFORD SPEEDWAY |

BEDFORD,
PA – Latus Harley-Davidson/Screamin’ Eagle rider Joe Kopp led
every lap and rolled to his first win of the 2008 AMA Grand National
Twins season on the Bedford Speedway half-mile. Harley-Davidson
Screamin' Eagle factory rider Kenny Coolbeth finished second, 3.381
seconds behind Kopp, and Moroney's Harley-Davidson/Screamin' Eagle
rider Bryan Smith was third, as Harley-Davidson Wrecking Crew riders
filled to podium. Each rode a Harley-Davidson XR-750 motorcycle.

Ohio-The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) announced that
seven-time AMA Grand National Enduro Champion Bill Baird will be
co-grand marshal at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, July 25-27, at
Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in central Ohio.
Baird, one of the
most decorated woods racers of all time, will be sharing co-grand
marshal duties with 1970 Grand National Champion Gene Romero at
the Triumph-themed event. Now in its 16th year, AMA Vintage
Motorcycle Days is expected to attract 60,000-plus motorcycling
fans from throughout the Midwest and points beyond to ogle classic
motorcycles, haggle for deals and rub shoulders with fellow
riders.
