TRIAL DATE SET FOR BILLY LANE CIVIL SUIT

February 8, 2007 - Titusville, FL - On Wednesday in the Titusville Historic
Courthouse, Judge John D. Moxley, Jr. scheduled an August 20th, 2007 trial
date for custom bike builder Billy Lane to face the civil suit that the
family of Gerald Morelock has filed against him and the Daimler Chrysler
Corporation.

The family is suing for the pain and suffering that resulted from the
accident in which Lane is alleged to have hit and killed Morelock in a
traffic accident that occurred on September 4, 2006. Lane was driving a
Dodge pickup truck that collided head on with Morelock as he was riding a
motor scooter in the opposite direction. It's also been reported that both
Lane and Morelock had blood alcohol levels that exceeded Florida's legal
limit of 0.08.

Lane is also facing DUI manslaughter charges in connection with the same
accident. A court hearing on those charges is scheduled for March 23rd.
