Krista Marie To Perform at Loretta's
News release

Country music singer/songwriter and well-known ATV racer Krista Marie will perform live at this weekend's ITP Tires/Moose Racing AMA/ATVA National Championship race at Loretta Lynn's Ranch. The concert is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 9 and is free with race admission. The race is the regular season finale for the 2008 ATV Motocross Series.

Marie, from Nashville, is known for both her aggressive riding style and her electrifying music. The concert will feature songs like "Sweet Octane," and "Ride It Like I Stole It," as well as others.

"The ATV racing world is like a big family to me," said Marie, who has almost fully recovered from injuries sustained in an on-track tangle several weeks ago. "I've truly missed being at the races, so it's going to be a huge celebration to see everyone. It's like a reunion.

"This will be a really special event for me," added Marie. "I can't wait to share my music with the people that I love and care about."

"Krista is both a force on the track and on stage, and we're very excited she chose to perform at Loretta's," said ATV Series Administrator Stephani McIntyre. "This concert, along with our Kids Karnival on Saturday, our Outdoor Showcase, and other events, makes an already world-class event even more exciting. We're looking forward to a great weekend!"
